Turbo Proposal

I will start a LLC/503cNP for the benefit of the people of  NM, perform alternative energy source studies on behalf of the residents of NM and function as project director for three years introducing near ground level wind turbines of more than four types. data gathering, maintenance, prototyping and design.

NM will provide appropriate insurance for the duration.

New designs will incorporate recycled materials as much as possible. Patents of successful designs will be shared with the people of NM. See materials list.

Summary
In effect we are going to take recycled materials and make energy to be supplied to NM. Negligible cost in scrap and surplus materials to create sustainable energy plant plans and prove viable technologies.

Data product will be delivered in the first year with quarterly updates and semi-annual review for the duration of the project. This data to be the information collected on the building of the installation, including costs of performing the work of building the facility from recycled materials and facility monthly cost of operation including supplies and materials necessary to perform the work.

In return for the service, the I will require land appropriate to the needs of the technology with vertical ground features [rock outcroppings/ see appendix], water source, mesa, geographical features. Staff needs will be provided by the facility as supplies, and as such, may be requisitioned from the state.

this should be an energy farm coop with trustees that will decide the direction of the project. I am program director for three years.


Further requirement for successful implementation will be govt surplus shelters and machinery to serve as a serve as shop and quarters for onsite staff. Utility assistance provided by NM to support inside the facility all utilities to provide internet, water, power, sanitation services for the period of the agreement.

NM will receive equal patent rights continuing with the product of the project.

Engineering and metal skills students and liaison with NM Universities for data collection and modeling. Work study students can stay in surplus living spaces.
